· Teaching Skills Assessment: You will be required to demonstrate your teaching ability by leading mock training sessions or undergoing an instructor evaluation.
3. Gain Hands-On Experience
· Shadowing and Mentorship: Many instructor programs require candidates to assist in courses or shadow experienced instructors to gain hands-on teaching experience.
