TRAILBLAZERS ACADEMY

Trailblazers Academy is a 28-week leadership and character development program.
For students in grades K–5.
Our mission is to help students grow into responsible leaders by building confidence, teamwork skills, resilience, and a strong sense of community. Through hands-on activities, guided discussions, and meaningful projects, every Trailblazer learns the power of their choices and their ability to make a positive impact.

3:50 – 4:10 PM – Snack & Welcome

• Students gather in the cafeteria

• Light snack provided

• Warm-up question or quick icebreaker

4:15 – 4:25 PM – Team Huddle

• Mentors connect with their groups

• Review weekly theme or mission

4:25 – 5:10 PM – Main Activity / Mission of the Week

5:10 – 5:30 PM – Reflection & Leadership Circle

5:30 – 5:45 PM – Dismissal

• Parents enter at 5:30 to sign out students

• Students dismissed from the cafeteria

Trailblazers Academy mentors are caring adults who guide groups of up to 10 students each week. Mentors lead discussions, run activities, and help students grow their leadership and social-emotional skills.

Trailblazers Academy gives students a safe, structured, and fun after-school environment where they learn important life skills, build friendships, and discover their strengths.
